3MT Presentation Winner
Overview
I recently participated in the SPCEET Three Minute Thesis (3MT) event at Kennesaw State University, where I presented “Beyond Strength: Building for Resilience.” My presentation was selected as the winning entry, among 29 other presentations.
The challenge was to communicate a broad research idea in only three minutes using a single presentation slide.
My presentation explored the idea that infrastructure should not only be strong, but resilient enough to withstand and recover from extreme events such as earthquakes, floods, fire, and other hazards.
