New Chapter: M.S. Civil Engineering
Overview
I recently began a new chapter in my academic journey by starting my Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Kennesaw State University.
The second photo shows our AI4RISE Lab group as of August 31, 2026, with me on the left, Dr. Tadesse Wakjira in the center, and PhD student Kamal on the right. I am grateful to be working under Dr. Wakjira's guidance, alongside a growing group of researchers interested in building safer and more resilient infrastructure through structural engineering, advanced materials, and artificial intelligence.
As I settle into this new phase, I am looking forward to learning, exploring new research ideas, and gradually building on the work I have done so far. It feels exciting to be at the beginning of something new, with a lot still to learn and discover.
